One of the reasons I love calling Brickwater home is the sense of community. Everyone here says “hello” and asks, “how your day is going?”. There’s a great mix of people from young couples to empty nesters.
Coming from acreage, it was important for me to find a condo that was spacious with good sized bedrooms. I picked a top floor suite with vaulted ceilings and I’m so glad. My home is so bright and airy and has the most wonderful view of the mountains. The best part is, I don’t feel as if I really downsized at all!

I always knew I wanted to live in a Falcon Development. I’ve met the Builder, Fred Formosa on several occasions and I have to say, “he really cares about people”. The first time I met Fred was 5 years ago when he was barbequing hamburgers at “Reflections on the River” another condo development he built in Maple Ridge. I was thinking of buying one at that time, but then Fred said to me “Maureen I’m going to be building in the city centre and I think that location would be perfect for you.” and he was right. He knew I wouldn’t be driving much longer, and he didn’t want to see me walking up an incline to get to town. He had my best interest at heart, and I will never forget that. There’s a reason why someone like Fred has such a good reputation. He’s a quality Builder that listens and takes the time to get to know you.
Once Brickwater Village is complete, I believe it will be a great asset to the people and businesses living in Maple Ridge. I’m so happy to call Brickwater my home. Thank you, Fred!

Reaching the age of retirement, I was considering selling my Single Family Maple Ridge Home and down sizing to a condo. My wife and I had drove around Maple Ridge to see what was available. We were quite keen on the idea of purchasing new product other than previously occupied. We drove past the Brickwater Phase One, which was nothing more than a hole in the ground. We quite liked the location, downtown Maple Ridge and all. A few days later my wife stopped in to the Presentation Centre and was quite excited with what she saw and the product offered. Turns out there was only one 2 bedroom unit available on the 5th floor. She was quite excited to tell me about her experience when I arrived home from work. Our house was already on the market so that afternoon we visited the Presentation Centre so that I may take a look.
I have spent over 20 years in the High Rise Condo Construction environment and I was already familiar with the Falcon Homes product as I had previously visited their sites. We agreed to make the purchase at the Brickwater Phase One because of the quality product of Falcon Homes. Interior finishes including Kitchen Cabinets and kitchen layouts, flooring, interior doors, electrical and mechanical finishes and the large beautiful bathroom floor and wall tiles, far surpass other product that I have seen in the market place.
The Sales staff, Judy, Christine and Nicole have all demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and the willingness to assist in all of our dealings and inquiries.
Upon reviewing our unit for the first time, we were delighted with the attention to detail. Other than a few minor tweaks, our unit was move in ready.
We have lived at the Brickwater coming up one year and we both continue to be delighted with our choice to live in this Maple Ridge community. So central to many amazing amenities and services. We now look forward to the completion of the Brickwater Community so that we may enjoy its many up coming offerings.

I have now been living in my apartment at Falcon Manor for almost two months, and want to let you know how happy I am with the quality of my new home. I am so happy with how quiet my unit is (both from inside sounds and outside noise) and with the beautiful interior and the paint kit and care manual are great – thank you) and am especially thrilled with my kitchen, the separate utility/storage area in my suite, and the storage unit downstairs. I enjoy coming home to such an attractive building and grounds, and being that I enjoy outdoor activities and have the "gear" to go with it, coming home to a generously sized locker right behind my parking stall, is as convenient as having my own garage (it’s so great to be able to unload muddy bikes right into my own storage unit, rather than wheeling them into a common storage area).
I also really appreciate your staff, Ron, Barbara, Sue, Jim and Denise, who are all easily accessible and willing to deal with any concerns.
I also appreciate very much the concern and efforts you are making in working out the "security issues" at Falcon Manor – I can’t imagine where we would be if we didn’t have a builder who cared about the concerns of the buyers.
This is my first "Falcon" purchase and I am happy to have experienced first hand the great reputation I have heard so much about.
